What if we showed you a tool that…
Aggregates every community event happening around you
Writes your newsletters and keeps your content calendar full (without you lifting a finger)
Optimizes your Google SEO so you’re actually found online
Gives you built-in space to spotlight your vendor partners (and drive referrals like a boss)
AND… lets you monetize your presence by building a community people come back to again and again?
Sounds like a fantasy, right?
Well, it’s real and we’re going to show it to you LIVE.
Networking Riches - May 28 & 29
Tired of networking events that feel more like awkward speed dating for business cards? Yeah, us too. That’s why we’re bringing back Networking Riches - but with a facelift, a shot of espresso, and a much better vibe. Join us for a fast-paced, zero-fluff workshop where you'll actually learn how to turn small talk into closed deals (imagine that!). Whether you’re a social butterfly or more of a networking caterpillar, we’ve got the strategies, scripts, and encouragement to help you level up and actually enjoy the process.
You’ll walk away with more than just a stack of business cards and a vague sense of hope. We’re talking real strategies, live practice (don’t worry, we won’t make you role-play as “motivated seller #3”), and tools you can actually use without needing a tech degree or a motivational quote tattoo. If you’re ready to stop winging it and start winning it, this is your kind of event.
TODAY’S FEATURE:
💥 The Secret to Easier Closings? Your Sphere of Influence.
Let’s talk about your sphere of influence ~ or as I like to call it, your real estate goldmine.
Your sphere includes everyone you know and everyone who knows you. Think friends, family, past clients, neighbors, colleagues, your hairstylist, your kid’s soccer coach, your dog groomer, your old college roommate who still likes your Facebook posts... yep, all of them.
Too many agents are out here chasing cold leads like it’s the only option - burning time, energy, and sanity trying to convert people who don’t even know their name. Meanwhile, your sphere is sitting there like a warm batch of cookies, waiting for you to come back and say hello.
Here’s why your SOI should be your #1 lead source:
They already trust you. You don’t have to spend months building credibility. You’ve already got it.
They’re high-intent. These are people who actually want to hear from you. They’re more likely to refer, more likely to respond, and more likely to do business.
They convert faster. No awkward intros, no breaking the ice — just real conversations with people who already like you. That’s half the battle won.
Bottom line? If you're not consistently working your sphere, you're leaving money on the table and making your job harder than it needs to be.
📣 3 Simple Ways to Grow Your Sphere This Week
Be a Connector, Not a Collector
It’s not about how many names are in your phone - it’s about how many relationships you’re actually nurturing. Make an intro, recommend a local vendor, check in just because. People remember the ones who show up, not just the ones who post “Just Sold” on Instagram.Go Where Your People Are
You don’t have to chase business - just get in front of the people who already know you. That could mean attending a community event, dropping off cookies at a local business, or even hosting a casual coffee meetup for neighbors. Presence builds trust. And trust leads to transactions.Follow Up Like a Human
No one wants another stale email or generic postcard. Send a quick text. Record a short voice memo. Share something actually useful or funny. Be the kind of Realtor people want to keep hearing from - not just when they're ready to move.
👋 Your Sphere Won’t Grow Itself... But You’ve Got This
Want more high-intent leads, smoother conversations, and deals that feel like a natural next step? Start (or re-start) with your sphere.
And hey, if this gave you a little “aha!” moment, pass it along to a fellow agent who’s still cold-calling like it’s 1999. Let’s build businesses that feel good and work better.
Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning!
Happy Networking,
Debbie & Ray
