Let’s be real.

If you’re frustrated right now, thinking, “There are no good leads out there,” I’m going to challenge that.

There are plenty of leads.

What’s actually happening?
You’re just looking where everyone else is looking.
Pulling from the same tired MLS alerts, the same over-farmed zip codes, and the same overpriced data lists that every other agent and investor is burning through.

You’re showing up to a fishing hole after 100 boats already dropped their lines. And then wondering why you’re not getting bites.
