šŸ’¬ Quote of the Week

ā€œIf they can’t find you, they can’t hire you.ā€ - Debbie Mauro (yup, that’s me!)

Thursday’s RE Virtual Coffee Mastermind

This week on Virtual Coffee, we’re joined by Lake Davis, Head of Partnership Development at Marblism and an AI strategist known for helping businesses grow and scale using emerging technology. Lake has worked with organizations across industries from small businesses to major brands, helping them increase revenue, improve engagement, and build smarter, more efficient systems. What makes him especially valuable for our audience is his ability to break down AI into plain English and real-world applications. In this session, we’ll be diving into how real estate professionals can actually use AI in their business today to simplify their workload, improve their marketing, and create more opportunities without adding more hours to their day.

Did you miss last week? As long as I didn’t forget to hit record šŸ™ƒ, you can catch up via the link below. TIme saving tip - did you know that you can watch at 1.5x speed and still understand everything said? It’s just one more way to make the most of your time.

RE-AI Advantage Lab: Weekly AI Training for Real Estate Agents Ā» TODAY!

AI is changing the way real estate agents work. The question is not if you should use it. The question is how to use it to your advantage.

Welcome to the RE-AI Advantage Lab, a weekly training where we explore practical ways real estate agents can use AI to save time, create better marketing, communicate more effectively with clients, and build smarter systems for their business. Each week, we break down real tools, real prompts, and real strategies that agents can immediately put into action, without the overwhelm or tech confusion.

This week, we’re taking it a step further by looking at how your personality type plays into all of this. Whether you’re an introvert who prefers thoughtful, behind-the-scenes communication or an extrovert who thrives on connection and conversation, AI can amplify what you already do best. Instead of trying to fit into someone else’s style, you’ll learn how to use AI to create content, start conversations, and follow up in a way that actually feels natural to you. Because this is not about changing who you are. It is about scaling what already works.

FRIDAY - Thinking About Your Brokerage?
This Is Worth a Look.

www.Brokerage-Breakdown.com

What if your brokerage actually gave back more than it took? On this week’s Brokerage Breakdown, we’re spotlighting a model that’s quietly solving three of the biggest pain points agents deal with every day. First, it includes healthcare coverage for agents at no monthly cost, giving peace of mind without the $700+ premiums many agents carry on their own. Second, instead of a cap that resets year after year, this brokerage rewards loyalty with a declining cap that drops the longer you stay, allowing more of your commission to remain in your pocket over time.

Finally, every transaction includes built-in transaction coordination at no extra cost, returning dozens of hours per deal that most agents spend buried in paperwork and compliance. This isn’t about flashy marketing or promises. It’s about math, time, and sustainability. If you’ve ever wondered whether your brokerage is actually helping you build a better business and a better life, this is a conversation worth exploring.

šŸ•µļøā€ā™€ļø Top Secret Agent Debrief - Granted!

Can’t wait until Friday? Or prefer to do your research under the radar? We’ve got you.
This confidential video briefing gives you the full intel on what we’re doing - from commission splits to stock rewards to the perks that feel almost too good to be real.
šŸŽ„ Watch it at your leisure. No login. No awkward intros. Just straight-up answers, decoded for agents who like to make smart, stealthy moves.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it… šŸ‘‡

TODAY’S FEATURE:

ā˜•ļø The Moment This Hit Me

We’ve all been told to ā€œpost more on social.ā€

Be consistent.
Show up.
Stay top of mind.

Cool. Great. Love that for us.

But here’s the problem…

Most agents are posting for likes, not for leads.

And while you’re over here hoping your Instagram post gets traction, your next client is literally sitting on Google typing:

šŸ‘‰ ā€œRealtor near meā€
šŸ‘‰ ā€œBest real estate agent in (your city)ā€
šŸ‘‰ ā€œHow much is my home worthā€

And if your Google Business Profile looks like it hasn’t been touched since 2022…

You don’t just lose the lead.
You lose credibility before you ever had a shot.

🚨 The Shift Nobody Is Talking About

Here’s the bigger conversation we need to have.

We are in a transition window right now.

  • Some people still Google everything

  • Some people have already switched to AI tools to search

  • Most people are somewhere in between

And here’s the part agents are missing…

šŸ‘‰ The people still using Google?
They are often your actual buyers and sellers right now

Because the average age of a first-time homebuyer keeps going up.
We’re talking late 30s, even early 40s in many cases.

That group:

  • Is more established

  • Is more financially ready

  • Is more likely to transact

And they are still heavily using Google search behavior.

ā³ Your Window Is Closing

The next wave of buyers?

They’re growing up on AI.

They’re asking questions and getting answers instantly.
No scrolling. No digging. No comparing 10 different websites.

Which means this:

šŸ‘‰ There is a limited window where optimizing your Google presence gives you a MASSIVE advantage.

Because right now?

Google is still one of the strongest signals of:

  • Credibility

  • Consistency

  • Local authority

And those signals don’t just matter for search…

They’re exactly what feeds the next layer of how people find you.

šŸ’„ Social Media vs Google (Let’s Be Honest)

Let’s just say it:

  • Instagram = attention

  • Facebook = relationships

  • LinkedIn = positioning

  • Google = INTENT

Google is where people go when they are ready to:
āœ”ļø Hire
āœ”ļø Buy
āœ”ļø Decide

This is not ā€œscrolling while bored.ā€

This is ā€œI need a Realtor… like, now.ā€

And increasingly, it’s also the foundation of what gets pulled into the answers people see next.

šŸ” What Your Google Profile Is Actually Doing

Your Google Business Profile is not a formality.

It is your:

  • First impression

  • Digital storefront

  • Mini listing presentation

  • Trust builder

And most agents?

Have:

  • 3 photos

  • 5 reviews

  • Zero posts

  • No recent activity

Which quietly tells a consumer:

ā€œHmm… are they even active?ā€

And even worse?

It tells the systems deciding who gets recommended that you’re not a strong signal.

šŸ“² What You Should Be Posting (and YES, it matters)

Google LOVES activity.

And most agents don’t realize you can (and should) post regularly.

Here’s what actually works:

  • New listings

  • Just solds

  • Market updates

  • Local events (hello, community expert šŸ‘‹)

  • Buyer tips

  • Seller tips

  • Client wins

  • FAQs

šŸ‘‰ Think: ā€œWhat would someone Google before hiring me?ā€

Then post THAT.

Because every post, every update, every review…

šŸ‘‰ You’re building your digital footprint
šŸ‘‰ You’re strengthening your authority
šŸ‘‰ You’re creating content that doesn’t just sit… it gets used

šŸ” The Real Problem (It’s Not You)

Let’s be honest…

You’re not avoiding this because you don’t care.

You’re avoiding it because:

  • You forget

  • You’re busy

  • You don’t know what to post

  • You’re already trying to keep up with 3 other platforms

This is where most agents fall off.

Not because they’re lazy.
Because the system is clunky.

šŸ¤– Tool Time: Why I’ve Been Using Marblism

This is where I’ll share something I’ve been testing. ✨ Marblism

It takes one idea and distributes it across:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • LinkedIn

  • X

  • AND your Google Business Profile

Which means…

šŸ‘‰ You’re not choosing between platforms anymore
šŸ‘‰ You’re showing up everywhere consistently
šŸ‘‰ Your Google profile actually stays active (without extra effort)

I recorded a quick video showing how I’m using it here

Not a pitch. Just a tool that solves a real problem.

🧠 The Mindset Shift

This is the part I want you to really take with you:

Stop asking:
ā€œWill this post get engagement?ā€

Start asking:
ā€œWill this show up when someone is looking for me… or when something is answering for me?ā€

Because those are two VERY different strategies.šŸŽÆ Canva Post Ideas (Client-Facing)

  1. ā€œThinking about buying? Here’s what to Google before you choose your Realtor šŸ‘€ā€

  2. ā€œBefore you hire an agent, check this firstā€¦ā€

  3. ā€œWhat most people don’t know about finding a great Realtor šŸ”ā€

  4. ā€œLocal market update: what’s happening right now in [City]ā€

  5. ā€œ3 things to look for when choosing a Realtor (most people miss #2)ā€

šŸŽ¤ Scripts

Quick Video Script:

ā€œQuick tip for you. Before you hire a Realtor, Google them. Look at their reviews, see if they’re active, and check if they’re actually educating their clients. That will tell you more than almost anything else.ā€

Conversation Starter:

ā€œMost people don’t realize this, but your Google results say more about you than your social media ever will.ā€

šŸ’ Final Thought

There’s a quote from Wayne Gretzky that I keep thinking about this week: ā€œSkate to where the puck is going, not where it has been.ā€

Right now, most agents are still skating toward likes.

But the puck?

It’s already moving.

Yes, people are still using Google.
And yes, you should absolutely be showing up there with a strong, active Google Business Profile.

But here’s the bigger play…

Every post you create, every review you collect, every update you share…

šŸ‘‰ You’re not just feeding Google anymore
šŸ‘‰ You’re building the signals that AI uses to decide who gets recommended

Because when someone asks:

ā€œWho’s the best Realtor in my area?ā€
ā€œWho should I trust to sell my home?ā€

They’re not always getting a list anymore.

They’re getting an answer.

And that answer is built from:

  • Consistency

  • Credibility

  • Content

  • Reviews

  • Presence across platforms

Including… your Google profile.

So when you show up there consistently?

You’re not just winning today’s search game.

šŸ‘‰ You’re giving tomorrow’s AI a place to find you.

And that, my friend…

Is how you stay relevant in a market that’s already changing.

Happy Networking,

Book of the Week:

They Ask You Answer by Marcus Sheridan

One of my favorite books, They Ask, You Answer, is built on the idea that your clients are already asking questions online. The agents who win are the ones who answer them clearly, consistently, and where people are actually searching.

My favorite tools!

✨ Marblism

If your Google Business Profile hasn’t been updated in weeks, we need to talk. Google loves fresh content. The agents who post consistently show up more. The ones who don’t… well… don’t.

Marblism makes it stupidly easy to stay visible without burning out. In minutes, you can create weeks of Google-ready posts, market updates, and listing highlights so your profile stays active while you focus on negotiating deals and serving clients. Let the robots help you rank. You keep being the human people hire. This is how I’m protecting my energy and building momentum in 2026. You can too HERE!

✨ LynnPro

If you’ve ever ordered swag for your real estate business, this is for you. LynnPro Connect makes it easy to create custom branded apparel and promotional products all in one place. From t-shirts, hoodies, and hats to coffee mugs, pens, phone accessories, and even branded nail files, if you can put your logo on it, LynnPro can print it. It’s a simple way to stay visible, look professional, and turn everyday items into brand reminders your clients actually keep. (yes, you may recognize this from Friday’s Revenue edition. They have a referral program where you can earn from referring them… Ink Your Income)

✨ Galaxy AI

Galaxy AI has become my go-to for quick, polished graphics.

It helps me create visuals without overthinking design or getting stuck trying to make things perfect. Clean, fast, and effective. Exactly what I want more of this year. If you do too, try it HERE.

šŸŽ™ļø VoicePost

Some of my best ideas happen when I’m driving, walking, or between appointments, not when I’m sitting at a desk.

VoicePost lets me record quick voice notes on the go and instantly turn them into written content I can use for emails, posts, or follow-ups. Instead of losing ideas or telling myself I’ll write it later, I can capture thoughts in real time and use them when it makes sense.

It’s been a huge help in staying consistent without having to stop everything to sit down and type. Try it HERE.
