š¬ Quote of the Week
āIf they canāt find you, they canāt hire you.ā - Debbie Mauro (yup, thatās me!)
Thursdayās RE Virtual Coffee Mastermind
This week on Virtual Coffee, weāre joined by Lake Davis, Head of Partnership Development at Marblism and an AI strategist known for helping businesses grow and scale using emerging technology. Lake has worked with organizations across industries from small businesses to major brands, helping them increase revenue, improve engagement, and build smarter, more efficient systems. What makes him especially valuable for our audience is his ability to break down AI into plain English and real-world applications. In this session, weāll be diving into how real estate professionals can actually use AI in their business today to simplify their workload, improve their marketing, and create more opportunities without adding more hours to their day.
Did you miss last week? As long as I didnāt forget to hit record š, you can catch up via the link below. TIme saving tip - did you know that you can watch at 1.5x speed and still understand everything said? Itās just one more way to make the most of your time.

RE-AI Advantage Lab: Weekly AI Training for Real Estate Agents Ā» TODAY!

AI is changing the way real estate agents work. The question is not if you should use it. The question is how to use it to your advantage.
Welcome to the RE-AI Advantage Lab, a weekly training where we explore practical ways real estate agents can use AI to save time, create better marketing, communicate more effectively with clients, and build smarter systems for their business. Each week, we break down real tools, real prompts, and real strategies that agents can immediately put into action, without the overwhelm or tech confusion.
This week, weāre taking it a step further by looking at how your personality type plays into all of this. Whether youāre an introvert who prefers thoughtful, behind-the-scenes communication or an extrovert who thrives on connection and conversation, AI can amplify what you already do best. Instead of trying to fit into someone elseās style, youāll learn how to use AI to create content, start conversations, and follow up in a way that actually feels natural to you. Because this is not about changing who you are. It is about scaling what already works.
FRIDAY - Thinking About Your Brokerage?
This Is Worth a Look.

www.Brokerage-Breakdown.com
What if your brokerage actually gave back more than it took? On this weekās Brokerage Breakdown, weāre spotlighting a model thatās quietly solving three of the biggest pain points agents deal with every day. First, it includes healthcare coverage for agents at no monthly cost, giving peace of mind without the $700+ premiums many agents carry on their own. Second, instead of a cap that resets year after year, this brokerage rewards loyalty with a declining cap that drops the longer you stay, allowing more of your commission to remain in your pocket over time.
Finally, every transaction includes built-in transaction coordination at no extra cost, returning dozens of hours per deal that most agents spend buried in paperwork and compliance. This isnāt about flashy marketing or promises. Itās about math, time, and sustainability. If youāve ever wondered whether your brokerage is actually helping you build a better business and a better life, this is a conversation worth exploring.

Canāt wait until Friday? Or prefer to do your research under the radar? Weāve got you.
This confidential video briefing gives you the full intel on what weāre doing - from commission splits to stock rewards to the perks that feel almost too good to be real.

TODAYāS FEATURE:
āļø The Moment This Hit Me
Weāve all been told to āpost more on social.ā
Be consistent.
Show up.
Stay top of mind.
Cool. Great. Love that for us.
But hereās the problemā¦
Most agents are posting for likes, not for leads.
And while youāre over here hoping your Instagram post gets traction, your next client is literally sitting on Google typing:
š āRealtor near meā
š āBest real estate agent in (your city)ā
š āHow much is my home worthā
And if your Google Business Profile looks like it hasnāt been touched since 2022ā¦
You donāt just lose the lead.
You lose credibility before you ever had a shot.
šØ The Shift Nobody Is Talking About
Hereās the bigger conversation we need to have.
We are in a transition window right now.
Some people still Google everything
Some people have already switched to AI tools to search
Most people are somewhere in between
And hereās the part agents are missingā¦
š The people still using Google?
They are often your actual buyers and sellers right now
Because the average age of a first-time homebuyer keeps going up.
Weāre talking late 30s, even early 40s in many cases.
That group:
Is more established
Is more financially ready
Is more likely to transact
And they are still heavily using Google search behavior.
ā³ Your Window Is Closing
The next wave of buyers?
Theyāre growing up on AI.
Theyāre asking questions and getting answers instantly.
No scrolling. No digging. No comparing 10 different websites.
Which means this:
š There is a limited window where optimizing your Google presence gives you a MASSIVE advantage.
Because right now?
Google is still one of the strongest signals of:
Credibility
Consistency
Local authority
And those signals donāt just matter for searchā¦
Theyāre exactly what feeds the next layer of how people find you.
Letās just say it:
Instagram = attention
Facebook = relationships
LinkedIn = positioning
Google = INTENT
Google is where people go when they are ready to:
āļø Hire
āļø Buy
āļø Decide
This is not āscrolling while bored.ā
This is āI need a Realtor⦠like, now.ā
And increasingly, itās also the foundation of what gets pulled into the answers people see next.
š” What Your Google Profile Is Actually Doing
Your Google Business Profile is not a formality.
It is your:
First impression
Digital storefront
Mini listing presentation
Trust builder
And most agents?
Have:
3 photos
5 reviews
Zero posts
No recent activity
Which quietly tells a consumer:
āHmm⦠are they even active?ā
And even worse?
It tells the systems deciding who gets recommended that youāre not a strong signal.
š² What You Should Be Posting (and YES, it matters)
Google LOVES activity.
And most agents donāt realize you can (and should) post regularly.
Hereās what actually works:
New listings
Just solds
Market updates
Local events (hello, community expert š)
Buyer tips
Seller tips
Client wins
FAQs
š Think: āWhat would someone Google before hiring me?ā
Then post THAT.
Because every post, every update, every reviewā¦
š Youāre building your digital footprint
š Youāre strengthening your authority
š Youāre creating content that doesnāt just sit⦠it gets used
š The Real Problem (Itās Not You)
Letās be honestā¦
Youāre not avoiding this because you donāt care.
Youāre avoiding it because:
You forget
Youāre busy
You donāt know what to post
Youāre already trying to keep up with 3 other platforms
This is where most agents fall off.
Not because theyāre lazy.
Because the system is clunky.
š¤ Tool Time: Why Iāve Been Using Marblism
This is where Iāll share something Iāve been testing. ⨠Marblism
It takes one idea and distributes it across:
Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
X
AND your Google Business Profile
Which meansā¦
š Youāre not choosing between platforms anymore
š Youāre showing up everywhere consistently
š Your Google profile actually stays active (without extra effort)
I recorded a quick video showing how Iām using it here
Not a pitch. Just a tool that solves a real problem.
š§ The Mindset Shift
This is the part I want you to really take with you:
Stop asking:
āWill this post get engagement?ā
Start asking:
āWill this show up when someone is looking for me⦠or when something is answering for me?ā
Because those are two VERY different strategies.šÆ Canva Post Ideas (Client-Facing)
āThinking about buying? Hereās what to Google before you choose your Realtor šā
āBefore you hire an agent, check this firstā¦ā
āWhat most people donāt know about finding a great Realtor šā
āLocal market update: whatās happening right now in [City]ā
ā3 things to look for when choosing a Realtor (most people miss #2)ā
š¤ Scripts
Quick Video Script:
āQuick tip for you. Before you hire a Realtor, Google them. Look at their reviews, see if theyāre active, and check if theyāre actually educating their clients. That will tell you more than almost anything else.ā
Conversation Starter:
āMost people donāt realize this, but your Google results say more about you than your social media ever will.ā
š Final Thought
Thereās a quote from Wayne Gretzky that I keep thinking about this week: āSkate to where the puck is going, not where it has been.ā
Right now, most agents are still skating toward likes.
But the puck?
Itās already moving.
Yes, people are still using Google.
And yes, you should absolutely be showing up there with a strong, active Google Business Profile.
But hereās the bigger playā¦
Every post you create, every review you collect, every update you shareā¦
š Youāre not just feeding Google anymore
š Youāre building the signals that AI uses to decide who gets recommended
Because when someone asks:
āWhoās the best Realtor in my area?ā
āWho should I trust to sell my home?ā
Theyāre not always getting a list anymore.
Theyāre getting an answer.
And that answer is built from:
Consistency
Credibility
Content
Reviews
Presence across platforms
Including⦠your Google profile.
So when you show up there consistently?
Youāre not just winning todayās search game.
š Youāre giving tomorrowās AI a place to find you.
And that, my friendā¦
Is how you stay relevant in a market thatās already changing.
Happy Networking,

Book of the Week:
They Ask You Answer by Marcus Sheridan
One of my favorite books, They Ask, You Answer, is built on the idea that your clients are already asking questions online. The agents who win are the ones who answer them clearly, consistently, and where people are actually searching.
My favorite tools!
⨠Marblism
If your Google Business Profile hasnāt been updated in weeks, we need to talk. Google loves fresh content. The agents who post consistently show up more. The ones who donāt⦠well⦠donāt.
Marblism makes it stupidly easy to stay visible without burning out. In minutes, you can create weeks of Google-ready posts, market updates, and listing highlights so your profile stays active while you focus on negotiating deals and serving clients. Let the robots help you rank. You keep being the human people hire. This is how Iām protecting my energy and building momentum in 2026. You can too HERE!
⨠LynnPro
If youāve ever ordered swag for your real estate business, this is for you. LynnPro Connect makes it easy to create custom branded apparel and promotional products all in one place. From t-shirts, hoodies, and hats to coffee mugs, pens, phone accessories, and even branded nail files, if you can put your logo on it, LynnPro can print it. Itās a simple way to stay visible, look professional, and turn everyday items into brand reminders your clients actually keep. (yes, you may recognize this from Fridayās Revenue edition. They have a referral program where you can earn from referring them⦠Ink Your Income)

⨠Galaxy AI
Galaxy AI has become my go-to for quick, polished graphics.
It helps me create visuals without overthinking design or getting stuck trying to make things perfect. Clean, fast, and effective. Exactly what I want more of this year. If you do too, try it HERE.
šļø VoicePost
Some of my best ideas happen when Iām driving, walking, or between appointments, not when Iām sitting at a desk.
VoicePost lets me record quick voice notes on the go and instantly turn them into written content I can use for emails, posts, or follow-ups. Instead of losing ideas or telling myself Iāll write it later, I can capture thoughts in real time and use them when it makes sense.
Itās been a huge help in staying consistent without having to stop everything to sit down and type. Try it HERE.
