Create a post that highlights how much you appreciate your people.

š§ Why it works: People love to be appreciated. It plants the referral seed without asking for one.
š¬ 3. Ask a Question That Sparks Referrals
Post something that gets your followers thinking about people in their own lives.
Example Question:
"Whoās the next person in your life who might be thinking about moving this year?"
š§ Why it works: Better questions = better conversations. This one invites people to connect you without pressure.
Encourage your followers to reconnect with their people (and you lead by example).
Post Prompt:
"This week, Iām reconnecting with 5 people in my sphere - just to check in, say hi, and be a good human. Whoās on your list?"
š§ Why it works: It normalizes staying in touch. Plus, it gets people thinking about who they know who might need a Realtor.
