Realtors & Investors: Want Pre-MLS Properties in Your Area?
Real estate agents & investors everywhere are scrambling to find deals.
But most come up short because sellers know they can get more on the MLS—or hedge funds are swooping in, paying 20%-30% over asking.
The answer isn't buying some overpriced list of vacant homeowners or spending thousands on direct mail.
Here’s something most don’t know about…
In 2016, my good friend Jason found a backdoor to get first access to motivated sellers.
And when I say "found," I mean he tested this system in 300+ markets nationwide until he knew exactly what worked.
With 4,000+ closed deals, Jason is ready to reveal his formula that you can clone in your area—effortlessly.
And the best part? Getting first to motivated sellers doesn’t involve:
Cold calling strangers
Sending expensive direct mail
Hanging bandit signs at midnight
Driving for hours, “looking for deals”
Knocking on doors from a bought list
None of that sounds like an intelligent way to run a business.
There’s a better way—and Jason will show you the steps to grab deals before they hit the MLS.
You’ll also have a massive advantage over those billion-dollar hedge funds flashing their cash.
Don't miss this if you want a clear path to dominate your market. It will NOT be recorded!
TODAY’S FEATURE:
Stop Competing. Start Commanding.
Let’s get one thing straight: people don’t work with “agents.” They work with authority.
In today’s world, attention is cheap. Authority is earned.
And if you’re still waiting for someone to crown you as the go-to agent in your city, I have bad news: nobody’s coming. You have to build the throne yourself—and then sit in it like you own the damn thing.
Let’s unpack that.
Step One: Consistency > Everything
Before we get into sexy tech tools and viral videos, let’s talk about the unsexy stuff.
The most powerful force in building authority? Consistency.
Not charisma. Not a killer logo. Not your drone footage.
Consistency.
Because authority doesn’t come from a one-time impression—it comes from repeated confirmation that you are who you say you are, over and over and over again. Your brand should become a predictable presence. You show up with value. You say what you’ll do, and you do what you said. You create trust by being boring in the best way possible—reliable.
Ask yourself:
Do I show up weekly in my client’s inbox?
Do I post regular value on my socials—not just listings, but reasons to trust me?
Is my personal brand on repeat mode, or am I playing a one-hit wonder?
If people don’t see you, they forget you. If they forget you, they don’t trust you. And if they don’t trust you, they won’t call you.
Step Two: Leverage Today’s Tools Like a Pro
Let’s get digital.
We live in an era where you can outrank brokerages, outshine billboards, and outperform your competition—all from your phone.
You don’t need a million-dollar ad budget.
You need strategy.
Here’s what you should be doing:
1. Short-Form Video
People buy from people they like, know, and trust. That starts with face-to-camera video.
Tips:
Teach something simple in 60 seconds.
Answer questions buyers or sellers are afraid to ask.
Be local. Be loud. Be seen.
Your face is your brand. Your voice is your marketing. If you're not using video, you're letting fear outrank your future.
2. Google Business Profile
Most agents completely ignore this.
Yet it’s one of the highest-converting authority tools you can use—especially for local search. Post weekly updates, get reviews, upload video, and make sure your info is always accurate. Treat your GBP like a second website.
Not spam. Not mass-market junk.
I’m talking real, value-driven content that:
Tells stories.
Educates buyers and sellers.
Builds a bond.
The inbox is sacred. If they let you in, treat it like a privilege.
4. Local Collabs & Micro-Events
You don’t build authority alone. You build it by aligning with other local authorities—business owners, coffee shop owners, dog groomers, you name it.
Host a quarterly event. Interview a local business on video. Share their stuff.
Authority is infectious when you surround yourself with others who already have it.
Step Three: Say Something Worth Hearing
If you want to own the marketplace, you better have a point of view.
What do you believe?
What do you stand against?
What do you refuse to do just because “everyone else is doing it”?
Stop regurgitating real estate headlines and start saying something that matters.
You’re not just here to list homes—you’re here to lead. And leaders don’t beg for permission to speak up. They take a stand.
Your voice is the foundation of your brand. And in a world full of noise, clarity becomes currency.
Step Four: Show Up Like a CEO
You are the CEO of You, Inc.
That means:
You don’t “try” real estate.
You don’t dabble in marketing.
You don’t wait for the market to shift—you shift first.
Authority is a decision. A posture. A mindset.
You either step into the spotlight… or keep hiding behind the curtain hoping someone will magically call you when the timing is right.
Spoiler alert: they won’t.
What This All Means
Authority isn’t granted. It’s built.
It’s not something you apply for. It’s something you prove, week after week, through content, connection, and credibility.
And yes, it takes time. But here’s the good news:
You’re already the product. You’ve already got the experience. Now it’s time to amplify it with today’s tools and yesterday’s work ethic.
So, ask yourself:
“If someone Googled me right now, stalked my Instagram, watched my videos, and subscribed to my emails…
Would I look like the best agent in town?
Or just another one trying to be?”
Be honest. Because that answer determines whether your phone rings—or someone else’s does.

Never Eat Alone, Expanded and Updated: And the Other Secrets to Success, One Relationship at a Time by Keith Ferrazzi & Tahl Raz
Do you want to get ahead in life? Climb the ladder to personal success? The secret, master networker Keith Ferrazzi claims, is in reaching out to other people. As Ferrazzi discovered in early life, what distinguishes highly successful people from everyone else is the way they use the power of relationships - so that everyone wins.
In Never Eat Alone, Ferrazzi lays out the specific steps - and inner mindset - he uses to reach out to connect with the thousands of colleagues, friends, and associates on his contacts list, people he has helped and who have helped him. And in the time since Never Eat Alone was published in 2005, the rise of social media and new, collaborative management styles have only made Ferrazzi’s advice more essential for anyone hoping to get ahead in business
