No one cares you just sold a home.

They care about themselves. Their fear. Their confusion. Their next step.
And if you’re not speaking directly to that, then you’re just wallpaper.

Welcome to the era of relevance.

The old way of marketing in real estate was about proof.
“Look at me! I sold a house. I got another listing. I’m doing big things.”

But this new market?
This content-saturated, scroll-happy, decision-fatigued world?

It demands resonance. Relevance. Relationship.

So if you're wondering why your “sold” posts aren’t turning into DMs...
If you're baffled that your consistency isn’t converting...
