I wasnāt a real estate agent when I started my Facebook group. In fact, the only reason I started it was because I got kicked out of a few others for sharing an affiliate product. Yep, I was that person who broke the āno promoā rule.
After getting my hand slapped one too many times, I decided to create my own space. It started with exactly two members: me and my mom. (She had no idea what she was signing up for.)
That little experiment turned into what is now one of the largest real estate agent communities online, with more than 365,000 members. And hereās the best part: it generates leads for me every single day.
What began as a side project became the foundation of my entire business.
