The Real Real Estate Agent: Generate More Leads, Clients, and Referrals by Being Yourself, Having More Fun, and Making a Difference

by Aarin Chung

Every real estate agent knows that in order to grow their business, they need to grow their database. But today, agents are caught between outdated practices like door knocking and overly automated methods like complex digital bots. Old-school agents are paralyzed by the past, and modern agents are paralyzed by the tech.

Expert marketer Aarin Chung realized this gap was moving agents further and further away from the very thing they do best: connecting with people. So she created a new marketing model to bridge this gap.

Here’s what you’ll discover inside:

  • The 7-Figure Flywheel® Framework, your million-dollar real estate marketing plan

  • How to build a magnetic brand so you can attract leads to your list

  • How to convert leads into clients so you can make more real estate sales

Feature: Focused Open House Tours

One impactful thing a real estate agent can do in 1-2 hours on a weekend to help their business is to conduct a focused open house tour for a couple of key properties. Here's how to maximize this time:

Focused Open House Tour

Preparation:

1. Select Key Properties: Choose 1-2 properties that you believe will attract serious buyers or that need more exposure.

2. Promote the Event: Use your social media, email list, and local community boards to announce the open house tours in advance.

3. Prepare Materials: Bring brochures, business cards, and information sheets about the property and local market trends.

During the Open House:

1. Engage Visitors: Greet each visitor warmly, answer their questions, and offer detailed information about the property and the neighborhood.

2. Capture Leads: Have a sign-in sheet or digital sign-in on a tablet to capture visitor information. Offer a small incentive for leaving their details, such as a property guide or market report.

3. Showcase Your Expertise: Share insights about the local market, recent sales, and what makes the property special. Highlight your knowledge and expertise in real estate to build trust.

Follow-Up:

1. Send Thank-You Emails: After the open house, send personalized thank-you emails to each visitor, including additional property details and information about other listings that might interest them.

2. Schedule Follow-Ups: Arrange calls or meetings with interested visitors to discuss their needs and how you can assist them further.

By dedicating 1-2 hours on a weekend to a well-planned and executed open house, you can generate new leads, build relationships, and showcase your expertise, all of which contribute to the growth of your real estate business.
