Your AI Should Be Doing More Than Writing Your Posts
AI can take a lot more off your plate than you realize. But before you hand it your business, know what you're handing it.

Welcome To Our Wednesday Newsletter
💬 Quote of the Week
"The real problem is not whether machines think but whether men do." B.F. Skinner
Most agents I know started using AI the same way. Write me a social media post. Clean up this email. Give me a listing description. Make this sound better. And that's genuinely useful, I still use it for all of those things. But if that's where your AI stops, you are barely scratching the surface. Over the last year I've found myself using it for research, scripts, follow-up, event planning, training, systems, lead nurturing and, of all things, actual phone calls.
Here's the catch. The deeper AI moves into your business, the more it can do for you, and the more careful you have to be about what you feed it. So this week we're looking at both sides: the better question to ask about AI, and the one you absolutely need to answer before you paste a client's information into anything.
☕ This Week’s Virtual Coffee:
What Happens When AI Stops Writing and Starts Working
This Thursday we're joined by Lukas Rosenblum, Chief Client Officer with AngelAi and Sun West Mortgage, and I have been looking forward to this one. AngelAi isn't another generic chatbot that answers everything from dinner recipes to mortgage questions. It was built specifically for real estate and mortgage professionals, and Lukas is going to show us what it can actually do inside your business.
We'll get into how purpose-built AI is different from the tools most of us started with, the services you can access at no cost, and how agents are putting it to work right now. And yes, I'm going to make him talk about the calling side, because I've used it myself. I uploaded my contacts, we built the script and the campaign, and AngelAi started making the calls. If you've ever wanted a follow-up system that doesn't depend on you finding three free hours to dial, come see how it works.
Here's my one ask before Thursday: take two minutes and set up your free AngelAi account at askangel.ai/AIN. Lukas is going to walk us through how to get our free leads, and it's a whole lot easier to follow along when you're logged in and clicking right alongside him instead of scribbling notes and trying to remember it all later. Create your account now, bring your coffee Thursday, and let's get you set up while we're all together.B
Did you miss last week? As long as I didn’t forget to hit record 🙃, you can catch up via the link below. Time saving tip - did you know that you can watch at 1.5x speed and still understand everything said? It’s just one more way to make the most of your time.
Events Today & Tomorrow
Agent Alliance Live » TODAY!
Did you become the mayor of your town? Here's how local agents are stacking real estate wins (and prizes) in a slowing market.
This Wednesday, Laura's back to hear the stories from agents who played, the people they met, the conversations that turned into something, and to crown whoever racked up the most points. She'll also be going through the Connection Map and the races, so even if it's your first time attending, you're going to want to show up for this.
RE-AI Advantage Lab: Weekly AI Training for Real Estate Agents » TODAY!
Weekly AI training for agents. Real tools, real actionable steps, no tech overwhelm.
TODAY’S FEATURE:
AI Belongs in Your Business,
Not Just Your Marketing
When someone joins my Facebook group, I want their first experience to feel different from joining every other Facebook group on the planet. So I uploaded the list of new members, wrote a welcome script, and let AngelAi handle the calls. Each new member hears that they're welcome, that they should watch for the newsletter, that they're invited to Thursday Virtual Coffee, and that they should post an introduction so people can actually get to know them. I don't have to personally dial hundreds of people, and they still get a real welcome.
People notice. I've had members tell me that something about this community felt different right from the start, which is exactly what I was going for. This isn't about replacing relationships with AI. It's about using AI to create room for more relationships than I could ever build by hand at this scale.
Start Asking a Different Question
Instead of asking "what can AI write for me," try asking "what am I doing over and over again that AI could help me do?" That one shift opens up a completely different world. Suddenly you're looking at follow-up sequences, call scripts, meeting summaries, SOPs, role-playing a tough conversation before you have it, neighborhood research, appointment prep, training for a new assistant, and all the repetitive communication that quietly eats your week.
And that's before we get to AI agents that actually perform tasks instead of just handing you an answer. NAR has been talking a lot lately about this shift toward agentic AI, where the tool doesn't just draft the email, it updates the system, sends the message, schedules the follow-up and kicks off the next step. Which brings us to the part I don't think enough people are talking about.
What Are You Feeding Your AI?
Think about what passes through your hands on a normal transaction. Names, phone numbers and addresses, sure, but also contracts, mortgage and credit information, IDs, bank statements, tax returns, and sometimes details about divorces, trusts, and parts of people's lives they wouldn't share with anyone except the professionals helping them move. We can't treat every AI platform like a blank Word document. Before client information goes into any AI tool, you need to know where it goes, how long it's kept, who can see it, and whether it can be used to train the company's models.
My simplest rule is this: if you wouldn't casually hand the information to another company, don't casually paste it into an AI tool. That doesn't mean don't use AI. It means know what you're using. Rewriting an Instagram caption and uploading someone's tax return, Social Security number or wire instructions are two very different things. And "built for real estate" doesn't take the responsibility off your plate either. You still need to understand the platform's privacy practices and your brokerage's policies.
Why Purpose-Built AI Gets Interesting
This is a big part of why I'm fascinated by what AngelAi is building. On the mortgage side, the company describes its technology as a purpose-built Transactional Language Model, trained on decades of mortgage decisions and designed to give consistent, auditable answers rather than the best-guess responses you get from a general chatbot. Their Angel Twin also uses blockchain-based identity and data-vault technology meant to give users ownership and control over their own AI identity.
As AI gets more tightly connected to our CRMs, our transactions and our clients, I think we're going to hear a lot less about whether agents use AI and a lot more about what kind of AI they're using. That's the conversation I want to have with Lukas on Thursday. Not "can AI write my Facebook post," but "what part of my business can AI run so I'm free to do the part only I can do?"
🎨 Steal This Week's Content
Ready to post on your own feed, written to talk to your buyers and sellers. Copy, paste, and make it yours.
Graphic: YOUR INFORMATION IS SAFE WITH ME. Smart tools. Careful hands. A real person who answers the phone.
Caption: Quick safety reminder for anyone buying a home: wire fraud is real, and it usually starts with an email that looks completely legitimate. I will never change wiring instructions by email or text. Before you send a single dollar, call your title company at a number you've verified yourself, not the one in the email. Save this post, and send it to a friend who's buying this year.
Caption: Yes, I use AI in my business. It helps me respond faster, stay organized, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. What it doesn't do is make the decisions that matter. Pricing your home, negotiating your offer, and talking you through the hard moments are all still me. The technology just gives me more time to do those parts well.
🎯 This Week's Takeaway
This week, make a quick list of three things you do over and over again, then pick one and ask AI to help you build a better way to do it. While you're at it, take ten minutes to look up the privacy settings on the AI tool you use most and check your brokerage's policy on client data, so you know exactly where the line is before you need it. AI can make the call, create the follow-up, and organize the information. But you still own the relationship, and that may be the most important distinction of all.
Happy Networking,
Debbie Mauro

The Unforgettable Realtor Experience » Thursday
Most Realtors work incredibly hard to get the client…and then accidentally disappear after closing. The problem?
Your past clients may LOVE you, but if you’re not staying visible in a meaningful way, someone else eventually becomes the agent they remember when a friend, coworker, or family member needs a referral.
That’s exactly why Jimmy Ezzell from TripValet Incentives is hosting a special training called: The Unforgettable Realtor Experience
This isn’t another “buy more leads” webinar. This training is all about how to create memorable client experiences that naturally generate more repeat business, referrals, conversations, and loyalty long after the transaction closes.
Every closing pays you once. What if it kept paying you for years?
You've built something real... a database, a reputation, a pipeline that took years to earn. And the month you stop selling, almost none of it sends you a check. Most agents don't feel that gap until they're burned out, ready to slow down, or watching a slower market eat their savings.g? |
This Friday on Brokerage Breakdown, we're walking through the actual numbers: what it looks like when a brokerage pays you on more than your own closings, how producing agents are turning this year's business into income that shows up without the next deal, and what you'd need to set up now while you're still in your prime. Bring your questions. You'll leave knowing exactly where you stand. |

Book of the Week:
Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI by Ethan Mollick
If this week's topic hit a nerve, this is the book to pick up. Martell's argument is that most of us build ourselves a business and then quietly build ourselves a job inside it, doing the work we are least suited for simply because we are the only one there to do it. Sound familiar to anybody?
What I appreciate about it is that he does not just tell you to delegate and wish you luck. He walks through auditing where your time actually goes, figuring out what your hour is genuinely worth, and deciding what to hand off first based on what drains you rather than what looks impressive to offload. His core idea is that you should not be buying help in order to grow. You should be buying back your own time, and the growth follows from what you do with it.
It reads fast, which I know matters when you are already too busy, and it is squarely aimed at the person who built something good and is now getting buried underneath it.
My Favorite Tools
✨ AngelAI
AngelAi is not another generic chatbot trying to pretend it understands real estate. It was built specifically for our industry and combines artificial intelligence with blockchain technology to help agents generate and nurture leads, improve client communication, automate routine tasks, and get support with marketing, conversations, and follow-up through its built-in AI Twin.
Here’s the part that makes it especially interesting: AngelAi is completely free to use, and you can earn Angel Credits simply by using the platform. Those credits can then be applied toward purchasing leads. It also includes additional tools like credit repair resources and e-signatures, so there is a lot packed into one platform without another monthly subscription quietly draining your bank account.
Create your free account through our invitation link and you’ll also receive an additional lead-spend bonus. Learn more HERE!
If you’ve ever tried a CRM like GoHighLevel and thought, “this looks amazing… but I have no idea how to actually use it,” you’re not alone. Most systems give you a million tools and zero direction, which is exactly why so many agents never fully implement them. What I love about Rubic is that it’s built on that same powerful foundation, but it actually comes with a done-for-you structure so you’re not starting from scratch.
The real difference is the white-glove onboarding and support. You’re not just handed a login and wished good luck, you get help setting it up, understanding it, and actually using it in your business. If you’re serious about follow-up, systems, and finally owning your database without the overwhelm, this is one of the smartest tools you can plug into right now. Learn more HERE!
✨ Marblism
If your Google Business Profile hasn’t been updated in weeks, we need to talk. Google loves fresh content. The agents who post consistently show up more. The ones who don’t… well… don’t.
Marblism makes it stupidly easy to stay visible without burning out. In minutes, you can create weeks of Google-ready posts, market updates, and listing highlights so your profile stays active while you focus on negotiating deals and serving clients. Let the robots help you rank. You keep being the human people hire. This is how I’m protecting my energy and building momentum in 2026. You can too HERE!
Most Realtors say they want more referrals… but then they close the deal, hand over the keys, and disappear until the next holiday pop-by. The agents getting repeat business and referrals in 2026 are the ones creating experiences clients actually remember.
That’s why I’ve been loving TripValet Incentives. It gives you access to high-value travel and lifestyle incentives you can use to stand out in your market, create memorable closing gifts, generate more referrals, and spark conversations without constantly lowering your commission or buying expensive leads.
We’re talking vacation incentives designed to help you stay top-of-mind long after the transaction closes. The best part? Your clients never have to sit through a timeshare presentation, which honestly matters more than ever.
If you’ve been looking for a way to create more word-of-mouth business and elevate your client experience without adding a ton of extra work to your plate, this is worth checking out. Plus, they offer a 7-Day Free Trial so you can test it before committing. Learn more HERE!
✨ AskSaySo
Sayso is real-time coaching for live prospecting calls, and it is one of the more genuinely clever things I have seen in a while. You turn it on, make your calls the way you always do, and when the conversation hits a wall it puts the next question or the right response on your screen while you are still on the line. It also captures the conversation and drops organized notes into your CRM, so you are not trying to listen and take notes at the same time, which none of us actually do well. It works with whatever dialer and CRM you already use, so there is nothing to rip out and replace.
What I like about it is the timing. Most call training hands you the answer afterward, in a role play or a coaching session, when the prospect is long gone and the moment has closed. Sayso gives it to you in the two seconds you actually needed it, which is the difference between a call that dies and a call that turns into an appointment. Agents on some very serious teams are using it and reporting real jumps in booked appointments and, maybe more importantly, in their confidence picking up the phone at all.
✨ LynnPro
If you’ve ever ordered swag for your real estate business, this is for you. LynnPro Connect makes it easy to create custom branded apparel and promotional products all in one place. From t-shirts, hoodies, and hats to coffee mugs, pens, phone accessories, and even branded nail files, if you can put your logo on it, LynnPro can print it. It’s a simple way to stay visible, look professional, and turn everyday items into brand reminders your clients actually keep. (yes, you may recognize this from Friday’s Revenue edition. They have a referral program where you can earn from referring them… Ink Your Income)

Realtyzam is one of those tools that just makes life easier when it comes to your finances.
It automatically tracks income, expenses, and receipts so everything stays organized and ready for tax time. Simple, efficient, and built specifically for real estate. Exactly the kind of system I want more of this year. If you do too, try it HERE.
If you have a team and feel like you’re explaining the same thing over and over again… or you’re responsible for a process that somehow keeps getting done wrong… this is going to be your new favorite shortcut. Instead of sitting down to write out SOPs, you simply do the task once while Guideless AI watches.
It flips the whole process on its head by turning your actions into clean, step-by-step documentation with voiceover automatically. No overthinking, no starting from scratch, no “I’ll get to it later.” Just show it once and you’ve got a repeatable, easy-to-follow guide your team can actually use. If you’re ready to stop repeating yourself and start systemizing, this is a no-brainer. Learn more HERE!
Whether you're brand new and working toward your license, or a seasoned agent staring down another continuing education deadline, The CE Shop makes it about as painless as it gets. Everything is online, self-paced, and actually well built, so you're not slogging through boring slides just to check a box. Pre-licensing, exam prep, post-licensing, CE, it's all there in one place, and you can knock it out on your own schedule from anywhere.
Here's the part I love: use code IMPACT35 at checkout and you'll get 35% off any courses you purchase. That's real money back in your pocket on something you have to do anyway. If you've been putting off your CE or thinking about leveling up your license, this is your nudge. Learn more HERE!
